This week, we have been reading about the special effects in 12 different movies, over a span of several years. We then started a mini-project in which you are taking 5-8 movies from the pages read and create a timeline. In this timeline you need to include the titles of the movies, 3-5 new words from each movie paragraph, the special effects used in the movies and an interesting fact about each movie. Your good copy should include colours and be visually captivating
Details are included in the attachment below

Today we did a Kahoot warmup to practice conjugating verbs in the present tense, ending in ER.
We did a reading (see attachment) and found examples of verbs ending in -ent and practiced not pronouncing them. This will be the focus at your next reading assessment done via conferencing.
We also found words we knew and knew words.
When finished, you did a worksheet on verb practice (see attachment)
